Our Mission & Values

To Health To Nature Foundation was established from the beekeeping traditions of the Kamianna region, a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle, and community-driven actions.

We actively work to raise awareness regarding wholesome nutrition and disease prevention, especially conditions linked to modern civilization. Responding to the needs of modern society, we particularly support seniors by offering them various forms of assistance aimed at improving their quality of life and social integration.

As a foundation, we are also engaged in ecological initiatives – promoting traditional, natural agriculture without synthetic chemicals and fostering environmental consciousness. We advocate eco- and culinary tourism, while preserving the culture, beekeeping heritage, and local craftsmanship of the Małopolska region.

🐝 Bees / Apitherapy

We promote the extraordinary properties of honey and bee products (bee bread, bee pollen, propolis), caring for the protection and well-being of bees.

🎓 Education

We offer beekeeping and culinary workshops (Five Elements Cooking), natural cosmetics, artisan craft workshops, healthy food products, and ecological farming.

🏔️ Tourism & Ecology

The Honey Trail local brand, scenic trails, regional artisanal fairs, and wildlife conservation.

President of the Management Board

Founder of the "To Health To Nature" Foundation, passionate about Beskid nature, healthy lifestyle and apitherapy. Dedicated for years to promoting traditional vitality, creating the Honey Trail brand and uniting local beekeepers and craft producers.

Supervisory & Advisory Body

Foundation Council

The Council consists of respected experts and community leaders dedicated to advancing social, ecological and health initiatives.

Wiesława Misterka

Chairwoman of the Council

Coordinator for Organization & Safety

Experienced accountant, police officer, and former municipal councilor. She oversees participant safety, logistics, transportation, and event organization.

Małgorzata Adamska

Council Member

Coordinator for Accessibility & Special Needs Support

Engineer, mountain rescuer, and sports and recreation instructor. She is responsible for architectural, digital, and informational accessibility audits, including cooperation with Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpreters and mobility assistance.

Renata Maślanka

Council Member

Management Coordinator

Experienced in gastronomy, healthcare and services, as well as management in spa, medical and tourism sectors. Formerly served as President of Kłodzko Spas and Institute of Human Health, and cooperated with Nowy Sącz Municipal Infrastructure.

Community & Regional Outreach

We organize local events, study tours, beekeeping and botanical workshops, honey tastings, and nature retreats promoting wellness in the heart of Beskid Sądecki.

We also run programs supporting active recreation and sports, enhancing infrastructure in regions of unique landscape value, and fostering sustainable community development.
